陳妹妹今天做了一件值得稱讚的事喔---
就是---
我自己開車到市府開會
自己開車 停車 付費 取車 自己回來
沒有迷路ㄋㄟ
以前到台中市政府開會都會賴皮要陳先生載我
今天鼓起勇氣,而且出了停車場後....
我回家的方向猜對了
陳先生說我很棒呢!!
偶也覺得粉得意喔!
我的材料:
馬鈴薯泥....................200g
培根丁.........................30g
洋蔥丁.......................150g
玉米粒.......................100g
乳酪絲.........................30g
蛋黃............................1顆
我的調味料:
鹽............................少許
白胡椒粉....................少許
馬鈴薯切片蒸熟趁熱壓成泥,
馬鈴薯最好用蒸的,避免薯泥水份太多...
培根炒香續加入洋蔥丁炒軟,
再加入鹽、白胡椒粉調整味道。
將-馬鈴薯泥、培根丁、洋蔥丁、玉米粒、乳酪絲、蛋黃1顆
全部放入盆中或大碗裡...
將所有材料混合均勻
手沾少乾粉,將餡料薯泥搓成圓形,
再整成餅狀,最後裹上一層薄低筋麵粉。
平底鍋放入奶油,融化後放入~玉米可樂餅~,
雙面煎至金黃可。
老公工作忙碌......
孩子學校又要週考.....
陳妹妹也忙得不可開交..........
每個人似乎都很忙....
只有晚餐約會可以暫緩腳步,
放鬆壓力,分享彼此一天遇到的~酸甜苦辣~

路上遇到兒子的同學禮貌的說:ㄚ姨好!!
看著慢慢長大的兒子,
這意味著我已從陳妹妹→陳姐姐→→陳阿姨.......
好殘酷呀~~~
原本,部落格想改名字,
但是陳先生說那只是一個代稱,
不用改啦!!
只是...偶已經不是小妹妹啦!!
陳妹妹的~鮮蝦米飯鑲鮮菇~
我的材料:
現成米飯........................約半碗
新鮮香菇..........................10朵
絞肉..............................約半碗
鮮蝦..............................數十隻
胡蘿蔔末...........................適量
我的調味料:
鹽...............................適量
白胡椒粉.......................少許
香油............................少許
米酒.........................一滴點
新鮮的香菇不要買完全張開的,
儘量挑菇傘緊密一點的,
洗淨後去掉蒂頭。
鮮蝦去殼挑去腸泥,
再洗淨,
留下與香菇同等的數量,
其他的蝦肉剁成泥與絞肉混合使用囉~
將絞肉與沒吃完的米飯加些---
蝦泥、胡蘿蔔末和鹽巴、白胡椒粉拌勻成餡。
將內部皺褶處朝上,
抹上一層薄薄的太白粉,
增加香菇與內餡的附著度。
再把拌好的肉餡填入香菇內,
再放上一隻蝦。
蒸鍋水滾,
把鑲了肉餡的香菇放入,
以大火蒸6分鐘就可以吃了。
吃的時候可以灑點熟白芝麻喔~
這道料理有個重點要注意---
本來是想藏私的啦,
但是身為你的"麻吉"的我覺得有必要跟你說...
重點就是---
不一定要熟白芝麻,也可以換成黑芝麻嘿--
